"Luggage help was pretty much nonexistent"
I was really frustrated because no one actually helped me with my luggage. When I brought it up, all I got was one of those canned apologies that sounds like it was copied and pasted from a script. I wasn’t looking for a big production, just some basic help...

"I cancelled my order and I’m still..."
I cancelled my order and I’m still waiting on the refund. Reaching out to support didn’t really help much either, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering, if you end up needing to cancel, the refund process might not be quick or easy.

"Parking lot was way too dark"
The parking lot was really dark at night. it made me feel unsafe leaving my car there. Some better lighting would make a big difference.

"Decent Lot, Just Wish It Was Cleaner"
I used seatacpark last week and it was okay overall. Nothing awful happened and I didn’t feel unsafe, but the lot could definitely use a little more cleaning. There was some trash here and there, like wrappers, cups, and random bits of paper, and a few areas looked muddy, especially around some of the parking spots and walkways. Parking itself was easy, the signs were fine, and I found a spot without much trouble, but I just expected the place to look a bit more kept up. It’s not like it was a disaster or anything, just one of those things where you notice stuff as you’re walking around, like puddles, dirt, leaves, and trash near the edges. I’d still use it again if the price was good, but I do think they could stay on top of the cleanup better

"I paid more than I was expecting to..."
I paid more than I was expecting to park here, and for the price, I kind of assumed it would feel a little nicer or more convenient somehow. It was fine, I guess, but really just basic parking.
Overall, I’m not sure it was worth what I paid. Next time I’ll probably take a minute to check other options instead of booking so quickly.

"Payment was such a hassle"
I tried to pay for my parking, but the site kept timing out right after I entered my card details. Umm, there was no clear message saying whether the payment went through or not, which was stressful. I ended up giving up and booking somewhere else.
"Charged for a dirty shuttle, not cool"
I got charged for the shuttle and expected it to be at least clean. The seats felt gross and the whole thing just seemed dirty. I wasn’t looking for updates or anything fancy, just a basic clean ride

"I thought this lot would be close..."
I thought this lot would be close to the airport, but it felt farther out than expected. It wasn’t terrible, actually, but when you just want to park and get to the terminal, the extra distance gets a little annoying...

"Check-in was way more confusing than it needed to be"
The check-in process was just exhausting. The instructions weren’t very clear, and the person at the booth seemed rushed, so I felt like I was bothering them just by trying to figure out where to go. It took way longer than it should have to park and get on my way, especially since I had already booked ahead. I was hoping for something simple and smooth, not another frustrating service experience.

"So, pickup was okay but a little slow"
so the airport pickup was easy to find, but I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. The driver was nice once he arrived, so I can’t really complain too much. It just felt a bit frustrating after a long flight.

"A little tricky to find after dark"
The booking part was easy enough, so no complaints there. Actually finding the lot at night was another story. The signs didn’t really stand out, and my GPS had me looping around like I was supposed to magically know where to turn. I ended up calling for help, but even then it wasn’t super clear. It worked out in the end, but after a long drive, let’s just say it wasn’t the smoothest arrival.

"Booking took longer than it should have"
I tried to reserve a spot, but the site kept freezing when I got to payment. I had to start over twice, which was frustrating because I wasn’t even sure if my booking had gone through or not. I just wish there had been some kind of confirmation or clearer message so I didn’t have to keep guessing. Definitely not the easiest experience.

"Booked ahead but still got stuck waiting"
I booked a spot ahead of time, but when I got there the lot was completely full. I ended up sitting in a queue for a while with everyone else, only to realize there were no spaces opening up. Frustrating, and I had to leave without parking.

I turned up expecting everything to be ready, but they couldn’t find my reservation at all. I ended up having to chase them to figure out what was going on, which was really frustrating. Not reliable in my experience...

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was ready to place my order and then checkout just completely fell apart. It wouldn’t take my payment no matter what I tried, and I kept thinking maybe I entered something wrong, but nope, it just wouldn’t go through. Super frustrating when you’re basically done and then the payment step becomes the whole problem...

"Shuttle wait was a little longer than expected"
Parking itself was totally fine and checking in was easy, the shuttle just took longer than I thought it would. I waited about 20-25 minutes on the way to the airport and maybe a bit longer when I got back. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as quick as I was hoping. The staff were nice though and the lot felt safe enough. I’d probably use them again, just not if I was in a big hurry.
